I wasn’t born into this trade. I built my way into it — one tile, one busted knuckle, one mistake learned the hard way. There wasn’t a clear path laid out for me. I had to carve it myself. “Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more you sweat, the luckier you get.” Ray Kroc said that, and I live by it. Because I didn’t have luck handed to me — I had to earn it, job after job, learning what quality really meant. Not just making things look good, but making them last. Elevate Tile and Bath started small. No marketing team. No polished pitch. Just a vision — to set a higher standard. I saw too many people get burned by cheap work and empty promises. I knew I could do better. And I knew if I kept showing up, day after day, that I’d outlast most. “If you work just for money, you’ll never make it. But if you love what you’re doing… success will be yours.” I didn’t fall in love with tile — I fell in love with the process. The discipline. The transformation.
There’s something honest about taking a space apart and rebuilding it with your own hands. That’s what keeps me going. Over time, this business became bigger than me. It became about showing others — my son, my crew, and every client — that hard work still means something. That showing up, standing by your word, and sweating the details is still the right way to do things. “None of us is as good as all of us.” Elevate isn’t just my story anymore — it’s our story. Every person who joins our crew, every family who trusts us with their home, becomes part of what we’re building. This isn’t just tile and bathrooms. It’s about respect. Pride. And doing it right — even when no one’s watching. We’re Elevate. We’re here to raise the standard. And we’re just getting started.
I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon or a blueprint to follow — I built this company with my own hands, one tile at a time. After years in the field, learning the trade, solving problems on-site, and seeing firsthand what homeowners really care about, I knew there had to be a better way to do this kind of work — cleaner, more precise, more honest.
Elevate Tile and Bath was born out of that drive — not just to renovate, but to raise the standard. I’ve never been the type to cut corners or hide behind a desk. I’m there in the details, making sure every line is straight, every fixture fits right, and every client feels like they made the right call. My goal has always been simple: to create spaces that speak for themselves and stand the test of time.
